All orders have a processing time of 12 to 48hrs regardless of the shipping method selected. All transit times are counted in business days (Saturday-Thursday).
Please note: We do not process orders on weekends and on major holidays. Any orders placed at this time will continue processing the following day.

Processing cut-off time:
Dhaka Metro Next day – Order placed before 12:00 pm will start processing on the same day. Order placed on or after 12:01 pm will be processed on the next business day.
Outside Dhaka – Order placed before 03:00 pm will start processing on the same day. Order placed on or after 03:01 pm will be processed on the next business day.
If your item was damaged, missing, or incorrect, you must inform us within 6 hours of packages delivery. Once your claim has been received, reviewed, and approved, we will assist you with correcting the issue.
Canceling and altering orders:
Orders may be edited up to 10minutes after being placed. Please inform us within 10minutes to make any changes. After that time, the order will be considered correct and final.
All return requests must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the item. Contact customer service via messenger or request a callback. Please provide as much information as possible, such as order number, name, address, phone number, and reason for return. Before returning the product, you may request to send us photos and/or video of the damaged or defective product. We can also provide troubleshooting guidance to help expedite the return process and avoid return processing fees. If your return is approved, you will receive additional instructions on how to ship the item back to us. All refunds, store returns or replacements will be issued after the return has been received and processed. We do not offer refunds. Opened products cannot be returned unless there are manufacturing defects or functional problems. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used consumables. Consumables include, but are not limited to, liquids, coils, capsules, cartridges, disposables, and batteries. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost if the product is not defective. Promotional items are considered final sales. Promotional items are non-refundable unless defects are found.
